The Croatian Agricultural Agency (HPA) is an institution established by the Government of the Republic of Croatia in 1994 to improve livestock farming sector in the Republic of Croatia. The HPA influences development and improvement of livestock farming and arable farming production and implements agrarian policy measures adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture.
The Croatian Agricultural Agency imparts permanent improvements to agricultural and livestock farming sectors through the measures it implements as well as development and implementation of the latest insights on livestock farming at Croatian farms. The CAA provides a daily service to farmers in the field of organisation of production.
